Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

  • All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform.
  • No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • You will not be charged if you do not subscribe to a paid plan after the trial ends.
  • Your trial account and data will be retained for 30 days after the trial expires, allowing you to subscribe and pick up where you left off.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

  • Self-service: Go to your Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription."
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to multidextech@gmail.com from the email associated with your account.
  • Contact form: Submit a request through our contact page.

What happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • After your subscription ends, your data is retained for 30 days.
  • After 30 days, your account data may be permanently deleted.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with MultidexTech. Our refund policy is as follows:

Eligible for Refund

  • First-time subscribers: If you are unhappy with the Service within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges, wrong amount), we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge.
  • Service outage: If the platform experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the initial subscription payment.
  • Renewal payments (monthly or annual) — cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges.
  • Partial month or partial period usage — no prorated refunds for unused time after the 7-day window.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • The date and amount of the charge.

Send your request to multidextech@gmail.com. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Plan Changes

  • Upgrading: You can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
  • Downgrading: Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current period.

7. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at multidextech@gmail.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
