1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the MultidexTech platform ("Service") operated by Multidex Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MultidexTech is a cloud-based practice management and automation platform designed for tax and accounting firms. The Service includes client management, document collection, deadline tracking, automated communications, invoicing, and team management features.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
- The Service offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
- After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
- All fees are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at multidextech@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
- After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
- Free trial accounts can be cancelled at any time with no charges.
6. Your Data and Content
- You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service.
- You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring that data you upload does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- We will not access, use, or share your firm's client data for any purpose other than providing the Service, unless required by law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
8. Team Members and Access
- Firm owners can invite team members with role-based permissions (admin, accountant, viewer).
- The firm owner is responsible for managing team access and ensuring appropriate permissions.
- Team member limits are determined by your subscription plan.
9. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multidex Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Multidex Technologies LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
