Challenge
BBSTEM addresses the 8.7% Black-in-STEM statistic in UK universities. Their site had to do four jobs at once: inspire students, recruit mentors, attract corporate sponsors (Springer Nature, Microsoft, AstraZeneca), and accept donations, without feeling scattered.
Solution
Mission-led hero with the headline stat, a Bridge Mentoring Programme application flow, a job board, a donations page, a partner showcase wall, and a content hub for student stories and blog updates.
